| Equipment Hire | |
 | IIE provides an equipment hire service to assist our customers in blasting related activities. Exploders and seismographs are available for hire or sale. Operating instruction is provided as required. IIE also offers a recalibration and repair service for seismographs. Replacement equipment can also be provided while equipment is unavailable.  | IIE provides EPIC approved Shot Firing and Explosives Supervisor courses. We also provide an Environmental Impact of Blasting Course. These courses ensure that attendees are trained to plan and execute blasting operations in accordance with current regulations and best practice. | Feasibility Studies | |
 | As part of the technical service package, IIE can now provide the customer with an integrated quarry face and borehole survey using the latest laser face surveying equipment and down-the-hole probe. This survey provides the complete picture (borehole position relative to face) and allows the customer to achieve the safest and most efficient use of explosives for each blast. | Vibration Monitoring | |
 | IIE offers a vibration monitoring service to ensure that blasting operations are conducted in accordance with local planning conditions. Utilising the latest self-triggering portable field Seismographs, our Engineers can monitor Vibration and noise from sources such as blasting, pile driving and mechanical rock breaking. Data is retrieved and analysed and, where necessary, recommendations are made to ensure that environmental disturbance is kept to a minimum. | Blast Design Consultancy | |
 | Blasting is the most economical and efficient method of breaking rock. IIE offer a blast design service for all types of blasting operations. Blasts are designed taking safety, environmental and economic considerations into account. On request IIE also provide environmental impact studies and location specific method statements in order to ensure blasting is conducted within acceptable environmental parameters.
